  Honestly, I've been a repeat customer of this Domino's for years but this last experience with them really irked me. Ordered a pizza and was given one with jalapenos instead of normal peppers. No big deal, I phoned up to get it corrected. The first women who answered the phone decided to carry on talking to her very chatty colleagues while I'm trying to explain the issue. I could barely hear her over the other colleagues and she just stopped replying. She didn't listen to what I said and instead unceremoniously gave the phone to another women. This one was crystal clear to hear but when I stated the issue, just acknowledged it like it was a non-issue. It was only when I emphasised I couldn't eat jalapenos that she apologised and offered a reorder of the pizza. Another 50 minutes and another phone call later, my pizza finally arrives.... with no extra cheese as ordered... Absolutely abysmal team on shift and shoddy product

  Will never order from THIS Domino’s ever again!! I placed an order for a Pizza and paid through PayPal. They took the money and claimed they never received my orders (doing 2 as they claimed they never got the first one). Discussed it with PayPal and they’ve confirmed they cannot give me back my money until Domino’s lets them know they never made the orders. Spoke to a manager who said they would call back in 10 minutes, an hour later I had to call back to be told to call back tomorrow morning and speak to the store manager! I spoke with the store a manager who said he’d call me back in 10/15 minutes and surprise surprise, no call back! Horrible customer service!! Save your money and go to Papa John in Rayleigh or somewhere else!

  Tom at the front of the store was really helpful and chatty and Michelle made shure my food was coked to perfection, I will definitely be back !!

  Hockley Domino’s really gone down hill lately. Used to be good. Too many mistakes and food that’s not hot. Not acceptable at these prices. Won’t be using them anymore.

  I have not used Domino's Hockley for years due to a very bad experience but decided to use the delivery service. The whole experience was great including the Pizza bases we chose. The food was piping hot and very enjoyable, we will be using again.
