Very disappointing experience with rude and dismissive staff. First, refused to scan my membership card on my phone, saying I wasn’t using the correct app. Later, my daughter asked to exchange £2 for two £1 coins to use at the sweet/toy machine inside. She refused and told her to get change from the post office! The way were treated felt unwelcoming and left me questioning whether discrimination played a part. Even if there are policies about membership cards or giving change, staff can explain them politely especially to a child.

Just had this delivered to me in the same bag as fresh food. Had to bin the whole order as this item not only looks like it’s been found in your bin. It’s mouldy and out of date. Completely unacceptable
