  so your drivers can ride uninsured bikes i dont believe they have hire and reward insurance its ok for your drivers to drive 40 mph on a pushbike modded through town weaving all over the road then when beeped to get out of the way start sticking fingers up and shouting and puffing his chest up . from this all i can assume is he wants some sort of confrontation ????? this is publicy dangerous incompotent cost cutting by shop . manager refused to speak about it . said he dosnt have to disclose his name or identifier 0 accountability toward safety to the public or offensive riders . as there is 0 accountability . i will fllow this up getting your insurances checked legaly

  I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a 40-minute round trip, but the kids enjoy it, so we’ve always made the effort. Recently, we ordered online with one very simple but important customisation. When we got home, we realised the order was wrong. I called straight away to let them know we were on our way back, and a helpful staff member agreed to remake the pizza and issue a refund. However, halfway through the return journey, they called back to say the owner/manager had changed the decision. They would remake the pizza, but they refused to offer any refund or compensation—despite the fact that we now had to drive a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes to fix their mistake. It wasn’t an expensive pizza, but the gesture of both remaking it and refunding us would have made a big difference. I would have said I’d double-check orders before leaving in future, but based on how this was handled, I won’t be returning.
