  We visited just before closing time, and Luke provided some of the best customer service we've experienced in Harwich yet. Despite it closing in only a few minutes, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Luke's positive attitude, sense of humour, and genuine willingness to help made us so happy. He was cheerful, and professional. Burger King is lucky to have such a fantastic team member. Thank you, Luke, for making our experience so pleasant! Highly recommend!!!

  The burger was good. Luke attended to us and was very helpful. The environment is also clean.

  Cold fries, nice Waygu burger, crazy price for a burger king. Burger looked nothing like the marketing picture. Disappointing experience, but the burger did taste nice.

  Came into this legendary establishment not all that long ago, found out it actually serves some lovely food and the worker Zac was really kind and helpful with everything!
