  Waited 25 minutes just now and wasn’t served… staff saw me but kept walking by as I wasn’t in their section. Horrific. Won’t be coming back and I’ve regularly dined here.

  We had a voucher so went in on a Monday night. It was quieter than normal which was nice. I have to admit, I find their chairs a little uncomfortable (either plain benches which have a few chips so sometimes catch on legs) or booths which I personally find a bit claustrophobic. Staff were all really friendly, polite and attentive. One gentleman stood out though - I am not sure of his name unfortunately but he was, I believe, Japanese and had worked for the company for 20 years and clearly loved and was passionate about his role. We ordered a few sides to share and one was delayed. I think in all honesty the kitchen missed it. It was no big deal but, before we had even asked if it was coming, the gentleman came up, apologised and offered us comp'd desserts for the problem. That wasn't expected and was so kind. He then spent a while chatting with us about his careers and different Wagamamas we had both visited. Previously I was based in London so had visited quite a few branches! At the end of the meal he also gave us a voucher to return. He is an absolute credit to the company and we were both so impressed at his customer service skills. We had a delicious meal and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Typically we visit more independent restaurants but we both love Wagamama and it is definitely one of the best chains out there. Thank you to all the team!

  Wasn’t super busy which made ordering food quick and simple with Redan excellent brother thanks again will be returning soon

  We were served by Abbie, who was absolutely lovely. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we came in. She kindly helped us with the menu and her bright smile throughout made it such a great experience!

  Very delicious food and very nice seating area and vibes barman Radan was really helpful even though it was busy he came off the bar and catered to my needs really good team of young people i’ll definitely be coming back for more!😋👌
