  Really good service from Redan! He was friendly, helpful and made sure everything was sorted throughout our meal. Food was great. Will definitely come back!

  Redan was very helpful today I had a couple problems with my food and he was on board listened to me with full attention and sorted out my problems quickly, he was also very respectful and attentive thank you redan and Wagama

  Absoultely disgusting vial manager was extremley rude got the order wrong twice then came back with extreme attitude because we raised that the meat was wrong again the manager then insisted that we were wrong and she got the order right even tho the first order was sent back due to the same issue , the chefs were very polite and was laughing at the mistakes when we smiled back saying no worries as it wasnt their fault the manager then turnt round weirdly starting telling my family that we werent allowed to laugh almost telling us off like she was a teacher and then started being sarcastic and extremly rude due to it being my daughters birthday meal we was not happy that we was forced to leave the premsis for asking for the right order . Manager is unacceptable and disgraceful , i will reporting to her manager as this is NOT acceptable, my daughter was left crying and didnt even get half way through her meal before we was all forced to leave after raising concerns as to how we were treated and spoken to. Avoid at all costs

  I always enjoy visiting Wagamama, not only because of the delicious food but also because of the wonderful team. A special thank you to Abbey, the lovely blonde lady, who is always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. She has such a positive energy and always makes us feel looked after. I’d also like to mention Redan, the Turkish gentleman, who is incredibly hardworking, attentive, and professional. His service is consistently excellent, and you can really tell he cares about giving customers a great experience. To be honest, I love the whole team at this branch. Everyone has always been kind, helpful, and works so hard. Abbey and Redan are simply the names I happen to remember! Next time, I’ll make more of an effort to learn the other staff members’ names because they all deserve recognition for the fantastic service they provide. Thank you all for making every visit such a pleasant experience. I always look forward to coming back! ❣️

  My wife and I are frequent visitors to the Wagamama in Harlow, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire team for always making us feel so welcome. Every visit is a pleasure. The food is consistently excellent, and the chefs always go above and beyond to customise our meals to suit our preferences. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests really make a difference, and the food always tastes absolutely fantastic. The friendly, welcoming service from all the staff keeps us coming back time and time again. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in providing a great dining experience, and we truly appreciate the effort that goes into every visit.
