  My Tesco Whoosh order delivered this ginger yesterday, and it was in a terrible condition. It was clearly not fresh and completely inedible. I’m genuinely disappointed. Tesco used to be an excellent company that I trusted for quality and service, but recently the standards seem to have declined significantly. Between poor-quality produce and other recent issues I’ve experienced, I’m starting to wonder what has happened to Tesco. This level of quality is simply not acceptable, and I expect much better.

  They don’t have seasonings for food. They have a very small clothing section. There is never more than 2 staff on the checkouts

  My local store and generally I can get what I want and staff are helpfull. With my grumpy head on, two things bug me. The amount of online shopping orders see staff with trolleys all over the place and a pain moving around them. The cafe, as much as I love their Breakfast (even though the beans are always cold), It's clear a recent change there has seen more tables crammed in, making it very difficult to use the cafe after you have shopped and are still with your trolley. all that said, 4 out of 5.
