Huge store with great product options, friendly staff and clean toilets. No issues to report whatsoever, recommended.

Decent supermarket with all the essentials you could want and easy parking. Can get busy at times and there always seems to be so many staff with trolleys picking items off the shelves getting in the way. I've also noticed that they lack stock of more uncommon/upmarket products which they seem to stock in the nearby Hertford store.

The staff were so rude and acted like it isn't their job to help customers, management should actually do some training

Very poor experience today. A pastry wouldn’t scan, and I was told another staff member would bring a replacement. I waited around 20 minutes, with seemingly very little being done, and eventually had to help find it myself. The pastry was then dropped on the floor and the staff member was actually going to give it to me.... To make matters worse, my checkout was abandoned and I had to wait another 15 mins with my eldery nan who has diabetes and needed to eat URGENTLY. I also felt I was treated less favourably than the white couple who came behind me. They were treated as more important than us by the staff for some reason. Very disappointing. Shame on you.
