  I ordered 2 large pizzas and 4 sides. One of the pizzas was incorrect, I called and was told another one would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called to find out where it was, I was told 2-3 minutes, as I was talking they hung up on me. After another 15 minutes and no replacement I called again, I was told to wait as it wasn't their fault and that it was my fault. I said it wasn't good enough and they hung up on me again for the second time! 2 hours from first ordering and still no pizza. Absolutely disgusted how I was spoken to and treated!! Would never recommend!

  Order wheat free pizzas and what came were definitely not wheat free. Tried to call multiple times and phone just rings and rings. Contacted support and they said that since we ordered through Uber there was nothing they could do despite the allergy or intolerance concerns and the fact that they were made at their restaurant by their staff.

  Just had the most weird experience and will probably never go back to Papa Johns Harlow Walked in to make an order and was told they are not taking orders as they have less cheese😳 Only to hang around and someone else walked in and was able to make an order Really not worth my time and money
