  Terrible experience and even worse customer service. The tracker said it was delivered, but it never was. I had to call, and the driver was still on his way. On another occasion, the tracker said it was out for delivery for over 30 minutes, and I'm only 6 minutes away. I've been trying to call the shop for over 10 minutes now, and no one is picking up. Close this place down. It's a bad reputation for the Papa John's brand.

  PAPA JOHNS PLEASE CLOSE DOWN THIS BRANCH. They never deliver on time but will mark the tracking link as delivered. On 2 occasions now I have had to call the store to chase my order. They kept saying 7mins which turns into 30mins. For pizza? Seriously? Last time I am ordering from here. And for the sake of others just close it please. Thanks.

  Truly the worst Papa John's franchise going. Food is prepared badly and clear effort to reduce costs with barely any toppings. Delivery team are slow with manager insisting on muktidrop so you're order is bound to be late and cold. Complaints go nowhere and replacement pizzas never arrive. Honestly no idea how Papa John's haven't intervened yet as this franchise is destroyung the brand.

  NEVER ORDER FROM HARLOW BRANCH. WRONG ORDER AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PICTURE SAYS IT ALL WRONG ORDER AND THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. GOT A BURNT COOKIE DOUGH INSTEAD OF CINNAMON PIE. LOL LOL I JUST GARBAGED THE FOOD AND WASTE OF MONEY DISRESPECTFUL DONT DESERVE ANY FUTURE CUSTOMER.
