  I placed an order via the mobile app for two medium pizzas, breaded cauliflower, and a 2-liter Pepsi; the order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived after about 8 minutes and let the employee know I was there, but he told me I’d have to wait another 13 minutes. That would have been fine—I wasn't in a rush—but when I went to pick up the order, I was told I’d get ice cream instead of Pepsi. I replied that we wanted a drink, not ice cream, but was informed they were out of all drinks and ice cream was the only option. The agitated employee told me that if I didn't want the ice cream, he’d cancel the order and I’d get nothing—adding that he was working there for free anyway, meaning they weren't getting paid. The order, which cost nearly £33, ended up requiring a trip to a shop for a drink; the sauces weren't great, and—naturally—the food was no longer hot after the whole conversation about the Pepsi and the extra stop at the shop.

  Ordered papa johns tonight and waited over a hour, I then called them to see where our food was to them giving me loads of rubbish and saying they never recieved our order and not to worry about the money and wait 24hrs to see if the money goes back in our account. I told them it's a joke . Don't order from here!!!

  I’ve ordered via the delivery section on the Papa Johns app from this branch a total of two times. Both times the order has been marked as delivered 30 minutes prior to my food being delivered. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. They also don’t pick up the phone so I have no idea where my order is.

  Terrible experience and even worse customer service. The tracker said it was delivered, but it never was. I had to call, and the driver was still on his way. On another occasion, the tracker said it was out for delivery for over 30 minutes, and I'm only 6 minutes away. I've been trying to call the shop for over 10 minutes now, and no one is picking up. Close this place down. It's a bad reputation for the Papa John's brand.

  PAPA JOHNS PLEASE CLOSE DOWN THIS BRANCH. They never deliver on time but will mark the tracking link as delivered. On 2 occasions now I have had to call the store to chase my order. They kept saying 7mins which turns into 30mins. For pizza? Seriously? Last time I am ordering from here. And for the sake of others just close it please. Thanks.
