Rated 3* by me for the following reasons: - FOOD: OK food, I had a sausage beans and cheese melt pastry, cheese and onion crisps and a Coke Zero (meal deal). When I went to sat down, I noticed that people were leaving their seats and staff were not wiping down the tables down for the next customers immediately in which they should obviously do for hygiene purposes. I do agree with some 1* for that aspect. Service - A lady (that I’ve witnessed) thankfully didn’t served me appeared to have an attitude by stating, “Next please,” in quite a rude manner. The supervisor whom was on the till that served me was patient as the lady didn’t hear me properly due to the noise. Understandable. Atmosphere- For Harlow, it was quite loud but you could potentially still talk to one another. Adjusted review and decreased to 2* after careful consideration on 01/11/2025.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
