  Awful service - took 1.5 hours to get a 'priority' delivery via Uber Eats. Five Guys Burger (Harlow) and fries was delivered cold and honestly, I've had better food from a burger van. Cost £44 for two kids burgers and fries

  I absolutely love Five Guys! I am in there more then any other takeaway, from the amazing and hilarious staff who make me laugh every time I'm there no matter what mood I'm in, to the great burgers, fries and milkshakes that are worth every penny in my opinion!! I add a little note to the corkboard every time I'm there which is a nice touch and a lot of fun! There is always a lot of seating and it's not too loud or crowed! Me and my cousin spend almost 2 hours in there just hanging out, buying food and enjoying each other's company, I need to shoutout Luke and Qashi (I am not sure of the spelling) they are always so nice, funny and just overall perfect hosts, I am always happy with service from other staff but these two always exceed the limits and make me laugh so much! Thank you so much!

  Jessie took my order and was extremely polite, helpful when I was indecisive about which milkshake I wanted and let me know in advance that it would be a bit of a wait for the milkshake which was really appreciated. The whole team were absolutely rushed off their feet at 6:30pm on a Saturday but worked seamlessly & efficiently whilst seemingly still cracking jokes which is lovely to see.
