Went to the Harlow branch of Five Guys today…a birthday treat to myself while out shopping. Max served me with a smile and was so helpful and attentive. He also then prepared the food which was the best I’ve ever had at a Five Guys. He is a credit to your firm.

Livia was great. Took an allergen order very seriously and reassured us by going through the order carefully. We also overheard the verbal confirmation between the staff re the incoming allergen order. Thank you

The cashier (Max?) was very nice and made me feel welcome. He gave me suggestions on what to have as i was unsure. I got a grilled cheese with a burger inside and it was so good. The portion of fries was very generous for one person- going above expectations. He was by himself but was still speedy. He gave me my order and was again very polite and asked me if i wanted any extra sauces.
