  I ordered a large meat feast today. The price was excellent and the staff were nice.and the pizza was lovely 😍

  ordered on the 9th august around 7:30pm , normally their busiest time. However i have nothing but brilliant things to say especially the pizza making and cutting, the quality of this service was unmatched throwing dominoes under the bus. In addition i asked the young man working his name, Reese, as he produced my pizza. Not only the pizza was perfect but also his service. THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE!!!

  Came in on a Wednesday evening after the gym was looking for some sort of pizza high in protein so I asked the person at the till I think his name was Fabien he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pizza and about nutrition, spend time talking me through each topping and getting my preferences so he could make the perfect pizza, great service and wonderful staff, would recommend

  I’ve given this branch multiple chances over the past year, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. Every single time I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s, my delivery has been significantly late. This started last summer when my order arrived around an hour and a half late. I ordered several more times over the winter, and every order was delayed. I’ve since ordered again this summer, and yet again, the delivery was late. At this point, it’s no longer a one-off issue—it’s a clear pattern. The consistency of the delays is unacceptable. By the time the food finally arrives, I’ve often had to eat something else because I’ve been waiting so long that I’m no longer hungry. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but when it’s every single order over the course of a year, it points to a serious problem with the service. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and improves its delivery times, because the food is overshadowed by the consistently poor experience.
