  Avoid this Domino’s if you expect reliable service. I paid for a pizza that never turned up. Rather than putting things right, the store has refused to refund me for an order I never received. It’s hard to understand how a company can justify keeping a customer’s money when they haven’t delivered what was paid for. I’ve given the store every opportunity to resolve this directly, but they’ve chosen not to. I have been ordering from this store for years and now they throw it back in your face for being a loyal customer. A very poor experience from start to finish. Customer service seems to end the moment they’ve taken your money.

  Very disappointing experience. On 26th June, I ordered a pizza for my son from Domino’s Hadleigh. After waiting over an hour, the pizza still hadn’t arrived, and the tracker showed the driver was still more than 15 minutes away. I called the store, and they agreed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. A week later, the refund still hadn’t appeared in my account, so I called again. I was told it should have been processed already and was assured they would put it through there and then. Despite that second call, I am still waiting for my refund. I shouldn’t have to chase a business multiple times to get my own money back. Unfortunately, having to leave a negative review seems to be the only way to get any attention. As I still haven’t received my refund, I will now be raising a dispute with American Express, as the agreed service was not provided and the promised refund has not been honoured. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

  Staff are rude and unhelpful i live 100 miles away from this store I had my location settings on went to Google typed in dominos clicked the website and somehow it had registered at this branch. I was extremely tired and hadnt noticed drove to my local branch Mansfield woodhouse got the text ready to show them when I noticed the store was not my local restaurant. I rang them and explained i did not know how this has happened and they said well what do you want us to do.. do you still want your order? At this point I was speechless I said im 100 miles away in Nottinghamshire how can I get my pizza.. he said so you want us to cancel it then its already made.. I said well I cant eat it can I... beggars belief. I went into my local branch and they told me to ring them to make sure a refund was processed so I did while in the store and I was told point blank no. The guy at my local branch said pass the phone over tried reasoning with them explained they had an order from Edinburgh once and that they should be able to refund and they said no. He said why and they said branch policy. At which point the guy at my branch said right to customer complaints. Any issues let us know. Customer complaints have said its a branch by branch decision. Nothing to do with them. Yes I should have checked yes ultimately this is my fault. However it was a genuine mistake and it although it has happened to other customers I dont imagine this happens all the time. They wouldnt be missing out on huge amounts of money. It was a medium cheese pizza for reference. I think people should be aware if anything goes wrong at this branch they wont help you you mean nothing to them.
