  HORRIBLE service ordered a pizza from here through a delivery app they couldn’t deliver to me due to traffic which okay fair but they didn’t even bother to let me know that my order had been cancelled they waited an HOUR for me to call instead moreover they didn’t bother cancelling the order within the app so I still had the money taken from my account do not order from this place, I basically got robbed

  Very disappointed with the service! Ordered pizza for dinner at 17.05 it arrived with all the cheese stuck to the lid of the box. I have called and asked for replacement was told it's comming in 40 mins, hours later still nothing! Called again they didn't know what I am talkimg about! Could barely understood person on the phone! Shame! As i was ordering a lot from them I will never do it again! Finally recived replacement 2hrs from the time of the order. Horrible service! Avoid!

  Lovely pizza. But second time now that they’ve not delivered the extra sauces we have paid for. Said they would send them out separately and haven’t bothered

  I ordered a number of pizzas for dinner for my family at 19:40. The pizzas arrived at 21:15, cold and stale, all with varying levels of doneness; some were white and doughy, while others were cooked and brown. When i called to ask, i was just met with thats the way sough dough pizza is. I ordered the new chicken pesto pizza and got a pizza with no pesto at all, and the pizzas were uncut. I would not recommend ordering from this store; there are better options in the area, especially at the £40-£50 price point, that will deliver faster and provide you with a hot meal at the very least.

  Won't order again from this place Pizza was like uncooked dough and freezing same as the chicken was ice cold and like its been left out hours after cooking waste of money
