    Staff members do not have knowledge about a food hygiene, how is possible to serve at the tills take money which was cash and then start preparing pizza with out washing your hands? When you use the bath I am not sure if you do wash your hands. Stay far from them 🤢🥵

    Every time I order from this store you guys forget something WITHOUT FAIL I’ve called up to get a replacement on my item I BOUGHT but you guys claim it’s too far but no refund and you guys deliver to me ? So how is that possible

    Don’t order from them if you value your money. They clearly don’t care. Last time they forgot my drink, but delivered to door and refused to refund or redeliver drink. This time they wanted me to go downstairs and pick order up because the driver didn’t want to take a parking fine (we get deliveries to door every day). Domino’s management didn’t even look at my complaint and expected me to Read terms and conditions. What a joke, you have to read terms and conditions for ordering a pizza now. They said this, totally different from what the driver said: “Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know about your recent experience. We have a duty of care to ensure the safety of our delivery drivers. Due to a rise in harmful and unsafe situations when attempting to deliver beyond main entrances, we have reinforced our policy that all deliveries to apartment blocks, flats, or hotels must be made to the main door or reception area only. This policy is also clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which are available to view when placing an order. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but the safety of our team has to remain our top priority. We appreciate your understanding. Kind regards,” P.S. I was a loyal customer with lots of monies spent. It meant nothing to them

    My pizza got stuck in the machine what a likely story !!!!! Had to wait another 15 mins whilst they remade this

    I have noticed that last 2 months they have improved the quality of pizza. Their pizzas are more cheesy and tasty. I will definitely buy more often.
