I am disabled, and the car park was full, as usual so I asked my daughter, who is 31 years of age, to run in and get me some tobacco. I gave her my bank card and clubcard I use this shop every other day, after a while she returned to the car saying they would not serve her without ID, which i found a bit strange, So i got out the car eventually as I was in a bit of pain. With my disability, went into the shop ordered my tobacco. And then was told , we cannot serve you as we believe its for your daughter, I explained that I use this shop every other day, and the baccy was for me, and my daughter is 31, not 17. The lady serving me was Corlina or something like that, she worn milk bottle bottom glasses, thinking her eyes wasn't great I asked the manager, who has served me many times, he also refused to serve me. I am 61 years of age!!!! I asked if they had been drinking as it looked like they were both drunk. They just looked and smiled with plenty of sarcasm. I was treated with no respect . By these two sarcastic employees. I will take this opportunity to let you know that I am taking this further.
