  right tesco lets have word. flip you, and your buiscuit options. i wanted marshmellows but i couldnt find them. ended up with 4 packs of bourbons.5 stars

  Perhaps the assistant at the counter saw me struggling with my bags, but she was exceptionally kind. She carefully showed me where to find the item I wanted, then waited at the till and dealt with my groceries. She packed my bag for me and triumphantly held it up "Just right!" She was cheerful and helpful. It isn't like that in some places in Colchester, and in Halstead where I live it's hardly ever like that!!

  Very rude staff I asked at the till do you speak he replied im tired. Today I asked for 5 litre waters I said have you any in the back she said I don't think so so lazy couldnt even check. A disabled man on a scooter waiting for help was completely ignored he was polite and said thank you still she ignored him like he didn't exist. Shame they are not told how to treat customers in interviews.

  So so rude & condescending whenever I’m in there. Always closing early as well. Was 9:54, rushed to the tesco to grab one thing and it was already closed. See the staff leave from my bus stop at 10:03! Thought the store closed at 10?!

  I’d like to give a huge shout out to Tesco Express Colchester today… I had a fainting spell in the queue and the staff were so lovely… finding me a place to sit and giving me water to hydrate, and sat with me while I recovered. One of your lovely staff even helped me back to my home which was close by. I am so grateful.
