  Fantastic experience at Dominos Benfleet! 🍕 Ordered for collection and everything was ready quickly and cooked perfectly. The pizzas were fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. Staff were welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience really easy. Consistently great food and service, highly recommend this store!

  Unbelievable service I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce and the team were able to get swap it on delivery with no problem. Pizzas are the best!

  Ordered through just eat, and it’s now the second week in a row that Pizza Hut have missed out my vanilla ice cream tubs with the cookie dough. I called them directly and they said that they don’t come with it when you order through just eat, even though it says it in the description. I Was told that I have to buy it separately through just eat, why lie? On top of that, I ordered a Ben and Jerrys cookie dough sandwich and was given Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream, and I ordered a Magnum tub of ice cream bites and was given a Magnum. Also told Pizza Hut this and they said that they didn’t have them as they are new items and gave me replacements, I didn’t ask for replacements, and nobody reached out to ask me if replacements were acceptable, I also don’t believe that they didn’t have them at all, as they would say “item unavailable” or “out of stock” on just eat. Poor customer service, especially as to top it all off, they then hung up the phone on me. I have used this restaurant for 4 years, and I will never use them again after the past couple of weeks & terrible customer service.

  I originally had an issue on Mother’s Day where my pizza arrived lukewarm. At the time I was offered a refund, but it took a while to actually get sorted despite me chasing it up. That said, I went in today and the guy currently running the store (tall guy with glasses) handled it properly. He was calm, respectful, and sorted everything straight away. Gave me a free pizza and a drink, and explained it was just a genuine mistake.
