She seemed unhappy and treated everyone poorly, not just me. My experience was terrible, and I found her behavior very disrespectful. I have always enjoyed coming to this Subway, but this employee was aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe you need staff who are friendly and enjoy serving customers. Unfortunately, this employee is damaging the reputation of the Debden Subway. I am very sorry to say this, but after this experience, I will not be coming back.

There's an air conditioning unit on the ceiling, but it was switched off, or may not working. the staff just had a pedestal fan running instead, and the oven keeps the shop hot on top of that. I am a regular Subway eater and can't remember any other branch being this bad. My family couldn't stay inside for even a second. Very disappointing.

After pressing the pay by cash button, screens goes to error, but any voucher used are taken from your app. Staff clueless and not interested at all!!! Not even talking about the scam £0.50 extra charge when ordering from the screen. But I guess that's why they insist on everyone ordering trough there!

I tried ordering my food on the screen which was left open, I let the manager know it was left open and he started screaming violently saying I broke it and need to pay for it(I was left SHAKING) .He got in me and my friends face and kept accusing us of this act, as well he took pictures of my friends who are MINORS! I told him to check cameras and he kept shouting, clearly he’s not well in the head, I’m honestly disgusted and feel threatened he needs to get fired IMMEDIATELY!!! (He’s the Asian manager called Hossan).Honestly he’s know for being aggressive and rude to customers!!!
