  I ordered Toy Story pizzas for my kids, there was nothing Toy Story about it, we got pepperoni pizzas in brown papa johns boxes, why promote your doing something on your website and not then not do that when someone pays for that, at least expected them to be in a Toy Story special box, rubbish place

  Love this branch always friendly and tonight was happy to take my special request 😊 food is always fresh and hot and its super clean as you can see them make your food .... thanks guys a very happy pizza princess Dagenham heathway branch

  Ordered two pizzas for delivery, one meat and one veg. The veg pizza had a piece of meat on the edge like it may have been cut with the meat utensil. We called the branch but they didn't care or apologise, no refund was offered so we have raised with customers service. Won't be ordering from here again.

  We called to order two pizza's. Food arrived late. Food was cold So we called to inform them, they were very rude, and refused to send out new ones really disappointed with the way we have been treated. Please think twice before ordering from this place.

  I had a fantastic experience with Papa John’s! The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, perfectly baked crust, and generous toppings in every slice. You can really taste the quality, especially in the sauce and cheese. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. Papa John’s is definitely one of my go-to places for pizza night. Highly recommend it to anyone craving flavorful, high-quality pizza! 🍕
