  Waleed is great support and gives an outstanding customer service. Whenever I go there they serve me with tasty food. I would like to mention the standard of cleanliness is very high in the store. Hats off to Dagenham Papa John's specially Waleed the Manager.

  I was very disappointed in my Papa John’s delivery. Taking 45 min waiting, it came cold and sad. Nothing looked like the photo or tasted like the price it was. The pizza I got looked like I got the last bit of sweetcorn and pineapple, and it didn’t even cover the whole pizza. The garlic and cheese bites were not warm, and the cheese did not match the amount of dough, plus you couldn’t even taste the garlic. Next was the buffalo chicken wings. On the app, it showed it drizzled in sauce, and it had two chillies showing its spiciness… it was not. The chicken wings were hardly sauced, and I think they used the wrong one as there was not even a kick. I think I will call that one the Gruffalo wing instead as it was ugly and sad. I wish I was done, but I ordered eight items. The cheese and bacon tots when my mum and I opened them took us by surprise as there was NO BACON. If it wasn’t already shut, I would have rang to get replacements. I also wanted to try the new sourdough dessert as it was only £3, but I got garlic and chilli sauce with it? So no chocolate sauce, and it looked like someone sat on it. The standard of the food was not up to par. I love pizza, and I can positively say the only thing that was well fed last night was the dogs and the bin. I will now call this Papa Temu as nothing looked how it was meant to.
