Wagamama food quality never disappoint but tofay in Colchester it seemed a bit odd (food and service). Milena was a really friendly server but there was a black lady quite rude. We ordered 2 side and 2 noodles, the first side came out, and after my food came out. It took more around 10 minutes for my partners food to arrive. As I was waiting for their food to arrive mine was getting cold (yes, you can think I could have eating mine but whats the point if you want to go out to eat with someone?!). Once their food arrived, I asked the waiter (not milena) about pur gyozas her answer was "the food comes at different times" - well, we know thst the rude way is not necessarily specially when the Gyozas arrived cold. Overall the food is good as always but this time was not their best and I hope was one odd time.

Food was a little bland compared to the Bury SE branch. Honey chicken was good though.

A fantastic impromptu lunch spot! Stopped here with my sister during a shopping trip and were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome before being seated immediately. The service was impressively quick, and our server went above and beyond to be helpful. As for the food—absolutely first-class. I ordered the chilli chicken ramen, and it tasted just as incredible as it looked. To top it off, every single staff member said goodbye as we walked out the door. I highly recommend this place!
