  First time going. The food was delicious, well presented and cooked to perfection. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The decor was pleasent and led to a calm experience. Will visit again!!

  So good we was served by ewan he was so lovely and made us all laugh and food came fast and was delicious definitely recommend.

  We paid our bill in full, but left feeling thoroughly unimpressed with our meal at the Colchester location. If a dish is called ramen, it needs actual depth and flavor—not just plain, flavorless soup poured over noodles and toppings. For the prices Wagamama charges, this really fell flat on value. We didn't leave a tip or feedback at the table because the food simply wasn't good.

  Disappointing We came here as a family for a nice meal and if was ruined by poor service Everybody got their food except me, who had to keep reminding over and over about my order. They kept coming and asking if I had got the food yet. No! Then they said they gave my order away twice to other tables. All the while my family had already finished their food. We were in a huge rush. I told the waiter to forget the food but he insisted i wait longer. He said “just one more minute”. Which turned into 15 minutes Food was bad. Undercooked and overcooked items, and so expensive. They said they’d remove items from the bill as an apology but they didn’t. The waiter was also really unprofessional playing with children with toys by the disabled toilet rather than ensuring good service. He also held the food awkwardly when bringing it to the table so his hands were all over the food Never again

  Fantastic restaurant 🥡 my daughter is GF and they made her a special meal GF meal and she love it. Staff is exceptionally great, and super friendly Food was delicious, what's not to love 😍 Happy food everyone
