  AVOID. Serious food safety issue at this store. Was going to leave a review regarding the terrible customer service we experienced today, but I understand I won’t get a response nor will the business take any action against poor behaviour and poor manners. I have instead decided to go ahead with a formal report to the local EHO regarding food standard concerns ie. flies and hair in the food 🤢

  Will definitely not return to this store after today's experience! First time i have ever been in this 1 and the 2 staff members were diabolical especially the girl on the till! So rude no please or thank you, shouted at me when I asked how much the total was while rolling her eyes and then threw my receipt onto the counter, if i hadnt been with my daughter and her dad who has a brain injury it would have ended differently. If youre go to employ people who are customer facing, then please look harder! Even the customers before me were annoyed at them too

  I visited this Subway around 11 am yesterday morning. There was an Indian lady working there, and she was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Last time I visited, there was an Indian male worker. He put very little salad in my sandwich, and when I asked for ketchup with my waffles, he didn’t even listen to my request. At the same time, a delivery person came in and gave his order number. The worker rudely told him that it would take around 10 minutes and that he should wait, otherwise he could cancel it and another delivery person would come and collect the order. Today’s experience was completely different. The lady kindly suggested adding some salad, and when I asked for extra sauce, she added it with a smile. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and good customer service. It made my experience much better.

  Terrible experience! went there with my fiance and he orders first, gets a footlong with tuna and cheese, toasted. The worker does this and then starts chatting to some guy who is round the back (he is not helping) and ignored me and the other 4 people in the queue behind me. Eventually the oven timer goes off and she takes my fiancé's sandwich out and leaves it on the counter to finally serve me. She makes my sandwich, still leaving the other just out on the counter. Once mine is in the oven she asks my fiance about salad and sauce and he says no thank you to both, she asks again and he declined again. Eventually someone else came round to help her and gets my sandwich out the oven. He then asks my fiance about salad and sauce and he declined again, so the worker turns to me and I ask for lettuce on mine. He then puts lettuce on my fiancé's sandwich. I tell him that I wanted it on mine and reminded him that my fiance has declined salad. The worker gets upset by this and proceeds to put close to none of the ingredients I asked for on my food, literally two pieces of pepper, two pickles, and like two leaves of lettuce on my sandwich. Really weird experience that I've never had at any other subway.
