  Worst Burger King ever, as a new building it’s surprisingly bad. Ordered 2 meals that took about 25 minutes that arrived cold and had soggy tomatoes in. The chefs are not trained enough to cook for even 4 children, backed up orders and so many complaints with barely any customers here. Will not be returning.

  Oh where does one start… if there was a 0 I’d give a 0. Waited for food for over 20 minutes. Came out dry and cold. The Coca Cola full fat button is most definitely not pouring Coca Cola… some rubbish Lidl syrup. The kitchen and till staff are a mess standing around chatting and not paying attention to anyone…. In all honesty it is just a genuine mess. Came to this one not the town one hoping the new place would be clean and organised… toilets and seating area are a mess…. Staff is far from trained or ready.

  Don’t often use Burger King but have used the high st a few times. Used Stane Park for the first time today with my 2 year old and very disappointed. It was his first time at Burger King as he normally has McDonald’s but thought I’d give it a try for him. Scan to order at table not available at this branch even though the tables have qr codes to do so. Then only 3 order screens in a fairly busy restaurant so had to wait ages to use one with a toddler that can’t stand still for more than 2 mins. Normal menu saver deal meals seemed to be missing here too meaning it was more expensive for my food than in the high st branch I thought that was odd. Once I got my cornflake chicken burger it was different chicken to what I normally get so I took it to the counter and showed staff who told me yeah the cornflake is mixed in the batter and it was correct. I explained that I always have this and it’s never looked like that before so they offered to make me a new one….. surprise it was completely different chicken and how I expected the second time. That really concerns me for anyone with allergies that even after showing the food they were happy it was right the first time?! Long waits, poor service, chips were cold, and no atmosphere or music just screaming kids and staff that look like they would rather be anywhere else. Kids meal seemed okay, he ate half and didn’t moan. Sadly won’t be going back, we will stick with McDonald’s

  So went o go through the drive through it was closed at 5 pm so went in to store only 3 ordering point so there was a queue ordered a large meal for takeaway ended up with regular fries half full barely 10 chips, service is slow restaurant needed cleaning and most of all the staff are walking round like zombies clearly don’t want to be there no energy I get more energy from my teenager , back to Mac Donald’s

  Went on a Sunday lunchtime. The staff were doing their best and there was a large drive through queue but I think they were a bit understaffed. No ketchup out, someone in front asked for some and they put 3 in the container for people which felt stingy. Food was normal Burger King quality. Refillable drink machin with cokes, Fanta, sprite, Dr pepper and oasis. Toilets were reasonable clean. Still a fairly new BK so wil give it another go.
