  The park itself is great. The boathouse not so much. Food is average but expensive. We sat at a table where we unfortunately didn’t notice nuts all over the floor my partner who’s severely allergic to nut dropped my daughters drink and it land it the nut. Not to sure why they hadn’t cleaned since the last person sat there. The staff helped clean it and replaced the drink that went into the nuts. They got our order wrong then told us they would correct it we finished our meal while waiting for half our meal. We only then got part of our food and left with that in a box. The caravan its self it’s nice but crawling with ants all over the kitchen sides and floor. We are not to sure if we will be coming back and do not have much hope for the rest of the holiday

  great range of things needed eg food, towels, toys for the children ect. need more gluten free options. only found 2 item that was some free from biscuits and bread. but the staff was helpful trying to helpus find bits.

  Second time here in two months. First visit: bronze, four-berth caravan. Found to be very clean. Good range of kitchen utensils; TV worked earky check in 30mins later than what I paid for.. 2nd visit, made the of error of upgrading to silver. Kitchen utensils poor, cooker guess what your doing? Tv works 50% of the time. Lots of damage and stains. Staff on both visits very good.
