  Not impressed. They can't server two meals at the same time? We ordered our meals together, but there was almost ten minutes difference between my wife's crispy duck and my seafood ramen. A good restaurant should be able to arrange for both to be served at the same time. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and helpful and profoundly apologised for the delay. The food however was a letdown: the crispy duck was all crisp and no duck and my seafood ramen was a bowl of coloured water, two strips of salmon with some noodles and shells thrown in. No substance or taste. Agree with other commenters: a bit pricey for what you get.

  Wow! Unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. Just spent £52 on takeaway for two Katsu currys and some chicken gyozas. Firstly, the chicken gyozas were pleasant. Unfortunately, the same csnt be said about the Katsu currys, which consisted of dry chicken, stodgy rice, and limp, dry salad, and lacking curry sauce!! So bad, I actually didn't finish it. If this is the crap you get from Wagamma's these days, then you best avoid it!! Anything, yes anything else would have been for better. Appalling!!

  It's a Wagamama, you know what you are going to get before you go inside. The only things that differentiate between all the restaurants in the chain are the staff and the building. what else can you say?

  Always love Wagamamas but this branch is one of the best we've been to. Lovely friendly staff (Gloria & Gifty especially) - so kind & helpful made our kids' visit really special. Delicious food as always & lots of great veggie and vegan options. Love the kids menu too - the Bento is great as they can choose a few different bits so you know they'll actually eat something! Easy parking nearby - we walked 3 mins along the canal to Waterloo Lane carpark but looks like there's others nearby.
