  I go to this shop for parcel drop off, always the coupon printing machine not working or the counter person rejects to take the parcel saying dont have enough space. Just a waste of time, avoid going here for evri drop off

  Suggest you use the Co-Op at Torquay Rd instead which is 5minutes away, much better customer service. Manager very rude at Havengore, no help at all

  Great little store. Always pop by when I am north of Chelmsford. Perfect for convenience shopping, milk and bread etc. Loads of offers in-store too, that's what I go for! Has some great added extras now like the Evri parcel station, plus the Pret coffee machine is really nice too. No complaints from me, keep up the good work. #becooperative
