  I've been using this Tesco branch regularly since moving to the area, and I have absolutely no complaints. Having grown up shopping at Tesco, the stores always feel familiar and comfortable, and this branch is no exception. It feels very similar to the one I used to visit near where I previously lived, which made settling into a new area that little bit easier. The store is clean, well organised, and has a great range of products. I can usually find everything I need in one trip, and the shopping experience is always straightforward and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is consistently well maintained. I've always felt that Tesco is one of the best all-round supermarkets, offering a great balance of quality, choice, value, and convenience. This branch certainly lives up to that reputation, and I would happily recommend it to others.

  Disappointing shop this evening. One staff member too busy shouting and I mean shouting in his phone. Customers kept looking at him. He was trying to mop a floor with a very dirty mop head, and no wet floor sign in sight! Very poor care. Then at the self service tills, I was the only customer and my items needed a scan check. I waited and waited for the assistant who was too busy scrolling on his phone. He only noticed me because I said something. Usually the staff are very friendly and helpful, but was this because it was evening and no management around. Plus charity fundraisers at front of shop hassling customers to donate. Was not a pleasant experience.
