  Shop was clean, staff polite and helpful. Was able to buy what I went into get. Good dates on the products. Parking was limited

  I visit daily for my lunch before work There is always someone filling drinks neatly. I feel the rule on the customer service desk has improved from past rules - three items from the shop if you buy your lotto, scratch cards or cigs Perfect for when i am just nipping in and can grab a vape and lunch Past rule was no items other than the ones behind the counter which in my opinion is crazily stupid 30mins free parking after its £5 for a ticket for max 3hrs Like i said 30mins for me in the mid morning after school run is fantastic on my route to work On the odd occasion i will be in with my children in the evening or weekend and it does get busy Staff on the self service are often raising their voices to let customers know theres a till available because they aren't paying attention Staff most staff are fantastic! A young girl on the new big self service Chloe is always happy smiling and willing to have a chat and to help I wanted to write a review because a elderly gentleman asked for her help and she slowly guided him to the right menu to find his item so he could learn. But this evening saturday 5th September a lady with very short brown hair snapped at a woman who made a mistake to do with her bag Such a shame to witness

  I’m sure this store is usually ok but today it stinks of urine out the front, no paper receipts are being printed and the toilets in the store are closed with a bench in front blocking the entrance. All in all - whoever is in charge, do better.
