  The store itself is fine and well-stocked, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind before you visit. First, the customer toilets are closed, which is a major inconvenience if you are doing a big shop or visiting with kids. Second, be careful with parking—it’s only free for 30 minutes. If you stay any longer, you have to spend at least £5 in-store and validate your receipt to avoid a fine. Just a heads-up for anyone planning a trip here!

  I recently visited this store to purchase a couple of specific items. While the store itself is very large and appears to have plenty of space, I was disappointed by the overall experience. Unfortunately, several of the items I was looking for were either unavailable or out of stock, which was surprising given the size of the store. Compared to other supermarkets, particularly Tesco stores that I regularly use, the stock levels seemed quite poor. I also found the staff to be less helpful than I would have expected. While I appreciate that stores can be busy, it was difficult to get assistance when needed. There is certainly potential here given the size of the store and its location, but improvements to stock availability and customer service would make a significant difference to the shopping experience. Overall, a disappointing visit and one that left me feeling that major improvements are needed.

  I’m currently a single man & Tesco is the best for microwave meals, salad, and Tesco Clubcard discounts. The only issue I have here is the reduction in self serviced tills & queues for staffed tills. Plus, bland customer service from the staff who simply do not care. This is standard in every Tesco.

  Never enough staff, nobody on customer services, toilets always shut, items deliberately arranged on shelves so you can't find the cheapest. Horrible company.

  This is a great tesco, i believe it has many more to come. But i personally recommend getting new staff!! Some staff are absolutely fantastic while some others probably wake up on the wrong side of their bed. One time i needed assistance on self checkout, the women aggressively told me to move and told me off, while she went to another self checkout and helped another person with love in her heart. But overall it is really nice, i go here every weekend, gives us free parking and has a good variety of food thats at best quality! :)
