  I only use this shop because of the location of it. It’s close to home, but today was the FIRST time I’ve been denied service to buying a crate of beer. My daughter and her friend both of which are 18+. One of them had ID on her and the other one didn’t. She was then denied service purely because one of them couldn’t comply and show ID because she had left it at home. Because they were together they couldn’t be served. They both made him aware it wasn’t even for them it was for me (their “mother”) so they both came back to the car I went in with them to then buy it and this man still refused to serve even though I had made him aware as well it was for ME and I am a fully grown adult (clearly) and he claimed it was for the 2 girls even though they’re both 18+. So we stormed out. First time I’ve ever had this experience and been denied service.

  Got this so called Finest mash and its atrocious. Tastes like someone stirred instant mash into wallpaper paste. It’s dry, bland, barely seasoned, and has zero richness. I’ve had better mash in a school canteen. Tesco clearly cutting corners and it shows, time to switch supermarket
