  Ordered a steak and cheese first guy made the sandwich then he asked the girl behind the counter to finish the sandwich she didn’t understand a word of English asked for jalapeños and she put on gherkins asked for mayo and she just pointed at the 8 bottles under the counter and and I had to direct her finger, baguette was made with no effort whatsoever ROUGH

  First of all neither employee knew anything about gluten free. I suggest everyone who works there read up about jacket potatoes as they were convinced potatoes had gluten in. Shocking lack of knowledge. Also, ridiculously priced. £9 for a jacket potatoes is robbery. Just a bit of cheese, ham and salami. Re consider your prices because this is crazy. Won’t be back.

  Every time I have come here have had the same experience, food is not fresh, bread is dry, under fill the sandwich, stock is low, customer service is rude. Sandwich is not even edible as how dry the bread is.

  They always skimp on my salad when I get a takeaway. Sometimes even seeing the bottom of the container. If deliveroo would let me change the restaurant to a different subway I would. Ther subs oddly don't suffer this issue so I give three stars.
