  The manager (big guy with beard) failed to take our orders correctly then had the nerve and tried to turn the mistake around and blame us when one of our meals didn't arrive.Totally unprofessional and he even used a swear word during our complaint. The only saving grace for Brewers Fayre was the young lad who tried to put things right but after the incident with the manager we decided to leave. We will be taking things further.

  DONT GO AGAIN! RUINED FATHERS DAY We went here on Father’s Day with my mum dad and autistic brother… we ordered a meal for each of us and they missed one out. We explained this nice and politely just asking if we could have a meal, oh no what a drama! The manager Emmanuel told my mum he “couldn’t be assed” and spoke to her with so much disrespect , we even pointed out that he wasn’t really engaging with my brother either who has autism and struggles to communicate so we let him order , we of course helped him but he was rolling his eyes because my brother was struggling and was huffing and puffing around, we didn’t say anything at first. But we pointed out his attitude after when the meals came but my dads didnt , we just tried explaining that even the waiter said it will be 10 mins and then came back to explain the manager won’t be doing anything whatsoever Please do not take your special needs family or friends here as they do not know how to handle or even interact with people who don’t struggle , imagine if you did struggle…. He was leaning all over the counter behind him and couldn’t care less Very disrespectful and rude, will not be coming here ever again.

  I have been coming to Chafford Hundred for breakfast and honestly my children love the restaurant.

  Guy serving wasn’t very friendly and there’s laughing gas canisters just sitting outside in th smoking area benches

  Terrible customer service, paid £6.50 for a sundae that was half full and terrible response. Toilets stunk and hadn’t been cleaned - will not be going again
