  My partner and I came here for a Saturday lunch. Atmosphere immediately we went in was not nice. Man standing at the counter had an attitude, was on his phone through out and was so unprofessional. We went to the counter to order and it felt like the staff were dragged to work against their will. I had a bad feeling shortly after ordering, that even the food would be subpar. so I and my partner cancelled and left. Won’t recommend this place .

  Awful experience today. Sunday carvery was lukewarm at best. Place is very tatty, obviously seen better days. Staff just couldn't be bothered, spent more time standing around chatting than actually working. Took ages to get served. You have to register your registration for the car park, but I forgot and didn't notice the terminal to register when we arrived. No staff reminded us on check in - we had a booked table. Realised on way out and asked staff what to do. They just shrugged and said "your goose is cooked mate". Appalling attitude and lack of care for customers. So unprofessional too. Won't be back.

  As a family this is our favourite local place to go. They have a great soft play area for the kids and every meal is always really enjoyable a special thanks to Jack, Emmanuel and Miguel who go far and beyond great service. Perferly cooked exceptional food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for date nights or family's and the carvery is always delicious especially the Yorkshire puds. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! Especially due to the excellent staff!
