  Very poor service. I ordered through the Papa Johns app, received a confirmation email and order number, and my payment was taken. After waiting, I called the store and was told they never received the order. They promised to call me back but never did. My food never arrived, and I still haven’t received a refund. Extremely disappointing customer service.

  The pizza was excellent, I really enjoyed it. The improvement compared to 12 months ago is remarkable. It’s great to see the positive changes, and it really shows in the quality of the food. Keep up the fantastic work guys. I’ll definitely be back!
