- JDJames DoyleOct 4, 20261.0Constant issues when going to this McDonald's. Wrong items, cold inedible food, long waits due to them prioritising deliveroo food (which when I have ordered the in the past has also been incorrect). The staff seem not to care in the slightest and have seen them speaking poorly about the customers with their manager in plain site.
- PHPeter HickfordSep 25, 20261.0Abismal attitude from staff, including shift manager
- CGCharis GascoyneSep 18, 20261.0We have been using this Mcdonald's for over a year, they pretty much forget at least one or more parts of our order nearly every month. Never leave without checking your order, the large fries are filled to half full most of the time as well. Today I collected and 3 parts of our order were missing, then when they did replace them they were wrong. I actually asked to speak with the manager as the employee that dealt with me was rude and huffed at me when I asked them to get me the right replacement! They clearly have a management issue as orders are not checked properly and staff are lazy and lack basic customer service skills.
- RRRennaK.SSep 13, 20262.0Used McDelivery several times since the Brentwood restaurant re-opened. Every single time there has been something wrong/missing. The app doesn’t allow you to report issues easily. Most of the time it’s been minor ie a drink or fries but the latest was an entire meal…not sure how you can add chicken nugget dips and forget the flipping nuggets. Defeats the point of delivery when I had to then go in person to get the food. No meaningful apology either, just gave me the missing items like they were doing me a favour! Attention to detail is needed!! On a separate note: Seating area is definitely designed so you don’t want to stay long!
- OCOlivia ChildsSep 1, 20261.0I received someone else’s order instead of my own. I haven’t received a refund or even at least my food. Don’t even bother ordering just go into the restaurant.
