- DBDavid BoydJul 27, 20265.0I came into the store a couple of days ago, and it was really busy with hardly any staff. There were two girls constantly handing out orders and one on the till serving customers, Kira and Frankie. I was served by Frankie, and she greeted me with a smile that made me feel really welcome straight away. She took my order quickly, got everything right, and was so friendly throughout. My order did take a little while to come out, but it was obvious they were doing the best they could with how busy it was and how few staff were working. Even though they were under so much pressure, every order they brought out was called clearly, and they still had a smile on their faces. They were polite, friendly, and treated every customer with kindness. I’ve been to this McDonald’s quite a few times before, and I’ve often found that some of the crew can seem fed up or a bit rude. This time was completely different. Kira and Frankie really stood out because they genuinely cared about giving customers a good experience, even during a stressful shift. I just wanted to say thank you to both of them because their positive attitude didn’t go unnoticed, and they made my visit much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come again, I hope the rest of the crew can demonstrate customer service as well as these two young ladies.

Every so often they would bring out an order and didn't seem to be in any particular order. It seems they are more concerned with delivery orders, as they seemed to be packing these up in abundance. I was made to feel like an inconvenience, when I dared asked how long my order was likely to be. Probably the worst service I've received in a mcdonalds ever.
