Ordered pizza via uber eats, and twice they cancelled, called the shop and they daid their uber tablet wasnt working. We ordered a large pizza and an hour goes by still nothing so we call dominoes and they explain they had one number wrong so they didn't turn up wirh the pizza the man taking the call was more concerned with the person taking the number rather than our order. There was no apologies or trying to make it up to us we asked for a refund and straight away he got the money refunded without an apology or something for waiting so long. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered 2 pizzas and waited an hour. All of a sudden they cancelled the order. For the rest of my life my family will never eat from dominos again. Disgraceful behaviour
