  Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King Brentwood. I tried placing my order using the self-service kiosk, but it repeatedly displayed the message: “Order couldn’t be processed. Please go to the counter.” When I went to the counter for assistance, I was not given helpful guidance initially, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, as though I didn’t know how to use the machine. I was then asked to try the kiosk again. I did exactly that, but the same error appeared. I returned to the counter, where I was advised to place my order there instead. Unfortunately, there was no menu available at the counter to help customers choose what they wanted to order, which made the process confusing and inconvenient. The self-service kiosks should either work properly or there should be a smooth alternative for customers when they fail. A customer should never be made to feel uncomfortable when asking for assistance. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope Burger King Brentwood improves both the reliability of its ordering system and the way customers are assisted when technical issues occur.
