They're getting two stars because they're slowly but surely prioritising self service over employing actual local people. They have recently introduced larger conveyor belt self service tills. When these are use, they frequently don't bother putting any humans on the checkout. It's disappointing to see, but is to be expected from a corporation that exists to make as much profit as possible.
