Yvonne was actually on her way to take some stock to the warehouse, but she stopped in her tracks to help us move a heavy, bulky item from the back of the store to the checkout. She thought quickly on her feet and made great use of the store's equipment. To make an amazing experience even better, both she and Michael (who was working at the self-service area) went above and beyond by helping us load the item directly into our car. Outstanding customer service!
