  We’ve been ordering the same pizzas for a couple of years now from the Braintree Papa Johns Pizza. Recently we’ve noticed there have been less toppings on the bbq chicken we’ve ordered. More bbq drizzle doesn’t make up for less chicken. Please up your game. We’ve been happy customers for years. And have been disappointed with the last two deliveries.

  Is this establishment aware that they’re actually meant to heat up things instead of giving them to the delivery driver straight out of the freezer? My doughnut balls came frozen Again. First time I ordered them long ago, they actually came cooked and warm and they were lovely. I was catfished. They’ve come frozen everytime since. The lazy workers over at that pizza place can’t be bothered to do their jobs properly and clearly rush the orders out the door. Done with ordering from this place

  Food arrived this evening and was eating the chicken thighs and noticed they didn’t taste right, look at the chicken and it’s not been cooked properly. Called them up and the man doe the phone was so rude and said they can cook the chicken anymore longer when it hasn’t been cooked for long enough in the first place! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

  I don’t recommend ordering from here at all they never answer their phone not matter how much you call them, ordered through deliveroo and was told my order was cancelled over the phone after calling 20 times. They never cancelled my order on deliveroo and took my money so i contacted deliveroo and even deliveroo couldn’t get through to them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

  Still haven't got my food. 1 1/2 hours so far. Utterly pathetic! Ordered at 1700. Not a busy time! Nobody picking up the phone and says on the app they have been checking and cutting for 30 minutes. So angry!
