  My burger was raw I ate it and didn’t see till I ate over half don’t feel to well the day after. Called them up and the staff member was rude and didn’t care would not recommend There food policy is cooked all the way though mine was red raw

  As a regular customer to this shop never had an issue until recently with the quality has gone down drastically for example where they used to give you loads of chips for a large portion loads in the bag now large portion it’s like a medium no extra chips in the bag at all in query I was told that’s how it is now on the day I actually visited with two other people there was no one else in the shop I wondered why the burgers were not there normal stand either we travelled up from London to this branch. This shop used to be very good not no longer for the price you pay and the quality you get is nowhere near the best part of the meal was the unlimited drink that they couldn’t spoil if you’re looking for a decent one of these places go to Baker Street station they are very hit miss now depends Who is the manager? The first time had an issue with the quality I did say the manager would you eat this burger? Is that bad? He said you don’t eat. Burgers showed you everything when the manager why do you need the burgers?

  We’ve been going to Five Guys Braintree for years, but unfortunately the fries have really gone downhill- both in quality and quantity. Our latest order was extremely oily, soggy inside and overcooked outside, to the point that we couldn’t eat them and had to throw them away. Either they were cooked in cold oil or double fried. What made it worse was the customer service afterwards, which was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful even after sending evidence. Considering how expensive Five Guys now is, it simply isn’t worth it anymore. After years of being regular customers, we’ve finally given up and won’t be returning. One star only because the burgers are still good.
