  Extremely disappointing experience at Five Guys. The restaurant was visibly dirty, particularly the floor, which was so filthy that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting there. I asked the staff to clean the area, but they made only the bare minimum effort and left it in an unacceptable condition. What made matters worse was the staff’s attitude, they were dismissive and disrespectful when I raised a perfectly reasonable concern about cleanliness. Customers should be able to expect a clean environment and courteous service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Horrible experience.

  We had 3 burgers and all of them were cold , we requested hot ones but they were rude and given us the cold burger bread again . Even though We were starving , could eat half and leave the others

  waited 35 minutes for some small chips absolute joke also not hygienic floors and tables were very dirty

  We visited five guys in Braintree Village today for my daughter’s birthday. The food and service was really good but the place was freezing! It was cold and raining outside and the doors to the restaurant was open all the time. I asked the staff if they could close the door they said that they cannot as they were told to keep the doors open by the managment!
