  We visited five guys in Braintree Village today for my daughter’s birthday. The food and service was really good but the place was freezing! It was cold and raining outside and the doors to the restaurant was open all the time. I asked the staff if they could close the door they said that they cannot as they were told to keep the doors open by the managment!

  Very fast and efficient even though we made quite a big order. The lady at the counter was very friendly and our burgers were perfect.

  I was met by a delightful young man named Jack. He helped me join your rewards programme and made our party of eight feel very welcome.

  staff were fantastically kind despite being understaffed, sophie working tills was excellent and extremely polite whilst handling delivery drivers and a large queue. Role model employee for sure!
