  This was pitsea Tesco and love This one as tucked away plenty of parking, the have a post office inside, barbers and tesco have a great range of goods well set out and extremely clean.

  Tesco Extra in Pitsea is an excellent superstore with a huge selection of products, and it rarely disappoints. I usually do my grocery shopping after 8pm, so the midnight closing time is a big advantage and makes it very convenient for late-night shoppers like me. One thing I really appreciate is that the shelves are generally well stocked, even later in the evening. That’s a refreshing change compared to the Eastgate ASDA, where the fresh produce section is often almost empty during late visits. As someone who enjoys Indian cooking, I’m also impressed with Tesco’s World Foods aisle. It offers a great variety of Indian groceries, and there are often some fantastic special offers available. The store also has a spacious car park with EV charging points, making the overall shopping experience even more convenient. A reliable, well-stocked supermarket that I’m always happy to visit.

  As a parent, I’m really disappointed with the parking situation at Tesco Pitsea. The parent and child bays are there for a reason – to give parents enough room to safely get children, car seats and pushchairs in and out of the car. Unfortunately, on almost every visit, many of these spaces are taken by people who clearly don’t have children with them and simply can’t be bothered to walk a little further. This forces parents to park much further away, making shopping with young children far more difficult and less safe. It’s incredibly frustrating to see people being so inconsiderate and lazy when these spaces are intended for families who genuinely need them. Tesco really needs to do more to discourage misuse of these bays and ensure they’re available for the people they were designed for.

  Good selection - could do with more family friendly parking. Can never get a space which makes it hard to get the car seat out and then a long walk in the car park with young children.
