  I switched to the nearby Sainsbury's over the last couple of years after having used this store for my weekly shop for about 5 years. I think things are just not managed as well in Tesco. Even with this large a store, there were some SKUs that I did not find here ( which are available in some Tesco Express outlets). Another example of poor management is their photo printing shop - not sure why but their machines are always difficult to connect to from the mobile every time I have used them.

  Service desk and photo shop staffs are rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to customers and not helpful at all.

  Gets me who designed a zebra crossing in the car park with bushes either side of it and a pathway that you can barely walk along let along with a shopping trolley total madness 🤦‍♂️

  Ordered 2 jacket spuds, 1 OK, other spud hard, Not cooked and beans warm. Sent it back after anther 10 mins gets a piping hot spud and hot beans, quality control needed. After all you just microwave them ,does the cook need to be shown the instructions! And to charge £11 don't think we will bother again,
