I've noticed that the food from five guys seems to be shrinking. Used to get loads for the little fries and that was enough for me, but the portion seems smaller now. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Everything was absolutely brilliant except the service. Everyone was really nice but my partner and I waited roughly half a hour maybe longer for our drinks it wasn't untill I spoke to the gentleman about it that we got it but eve then he couldn't understand what I was saying and kept trying to give me a empty cup for the drink machine rather then the drinks we paid for (shake and some juice). But aside from that everything was exceptional

I love Five Guys, this branch severely falls short - probably need a management change
