So I ordered my food from uber eats 1 pizza 1 garlic bread cookies and a drink 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. I received no update of the order whatsoever. I call the restaurant after I noticed a missed call from them. The person who picked up the phone then proceeded to lie on the phone telling me that the driver had knocked on the door I had not awnsered and he had left to go back to the store. My chair is directly next to the door so it would be impossible to not hear him knock. After complaining about this poor service, the caller said he is going to “reheat” my pizza and have it redelivered which 20 minutes later and it has yet to arrive. So I’m going to wait nearly 90 minutes for a pizza that has been cooked, gone cold and to be reheated. I can deal with a order running behind or being late but to directly lie to make excuses for why it is not here and then to admit that your going to reheat an old pizza is far below basic standards. The person who picked up the phone and the delivery driver should be spoken to about there service to ensure this doesn’t happen to more people.

after receiving my delivery I realised the cookies were missing. I called and was told they would be sent straight out, after 2 hours I called again as had still not received them. I was told they had not been done, and they wld send out asap 1hr 30mins later I'm still waiting. Whens asked for a refund told it takes 5-7days!
