  Staff are always very friendly and in comparison to the nearby McDonald's its very quiet with virtually no queues, and the burgers are far better.

  Went through drive through lady was brilliant. Got home food was missing tried calling store no answer …… several times had to drive back. Spoke to the woman who was on the front of house not the original woman. No apologies just put the missing food in the bag and walked away …. Absolutely appalling

  Food generally great, staff always been polite, surrounding area needs some improvement, BK’s own bins in the car park are often overflowing.

  Coke was flat They changed it for me No ice i waited for the machine to make more Chips were nice Staff was helpful

  We ordered from the machine inside the shop and sat down....food arrived after a long wait. Food was luke warm, and the 2 drinks were room temperature and no fizz. I asked for another drink and was told the ice machine is not working, but I was given another drink and it was vile... I pointed out to a member staff that the order machine should have notices saying NO ICE.... The rubbish bins were all over flowing, the tables looked it they haven't been cleaned for hours.
