  Service really slow, food as to be expected but the biggest issue is the cleanliness. The whole place needs to be shut down for a deep clean and to be maintained properly by staff. If the loos are to go anything by, I wouldn't go near this place for food, you'll probably end up with a disease. Disgusting!

  Decided to give this place another go after a 5 year hiatus - back then it was so filthy it would not have been surprising to come out with some kind of incurable disease...but at least you could order some food. Today, we arrived full of hope that things might have improved. On first impressions, the place had had a glow up and there didn't appear to be any human faeces on the chairs. However, after queuing at the kiosks (three available) for a frustringly long time (we were next in line but all three people in front of us put in multiple small orders - no idea why) the machines then all displayed "Kiosk ordering not available". Of course, there is no actual till to order at with a person, so computer literally said no. We asked the poor fella behind the counter who came and appeared to fix the machines, however he informed us that they were inundated (presumably with 75 individual orders of onion rings rung up by the three people in front of us?!) and therefore we'd probably be better off going elsewhere. Currently enjoying a much nicer experience at McDonalds (other competent burger establishments are available). See you again in 2031. Hopefully you've sorted out the issues by then.   Faith, Megan and Sophie’s customer service was absolutely perfect. The way they worked in unison to bring out my food was so fast and perfect. Definitely be back.

  Is Uk burger king everywhere that bad or just this one make us eat so bad ? In France it is good but here I never seen so bad
