  Absolutely terrible!, i ordered food and over an hour later they decided someone could come and pack the food, my food will now be cold and also probably not SAFE to eat. I will be reporting this. On top of that i was speaking to my driver who said he asked about the order multiple times only to get abuse from the staff. Ive never experienced such delayed and honestly bad service. To make things worst they dont want to answer the phone, if i was anyone reading this i would order from pipps hill and avoid this one completely. Will be reporting further.

  I have been waiting at the front for 15 minutes. She is putting labels on items while customers are waiting for their food. My food is getting cold, but she doesn’t seem to care about the customers. She is focused on doing something that could wait instead of serving customers. Her name is vec she is doing totally bull sit job…..😡
