- JBjim Burniston4 days ago1.0Came here 2 days ago and the whole experience was unpleasant. Drink was forgotten, order was packed without care and the whole process was just unpleasant and unfriendly. The customer service from Scott was appalling.
- RARoman AldridgeOct 6, 20265.0Whilst I was waiting for my order, Scott from the management team came over to me to clarify something on my order and he noticed a mistake I had made whilst ordering and was able to rectify it then and there saving me the hassle of having to ask for it to be remade. This showed how well he understands his customers. We had a pleasant conversation for a few minutes whilst Tom cooked the rest of my order to perfection. Will definitely be returning if this is the standard of service. Thanks for the great food guys
