  It states that the store is open until 8:00 p.m., however it is consistently closed by around 5:00 p.m. without any notice or update. We have also been unable to get through on the phone as the call fails every time. Please could you update the opening hours and contact details so they reflect the actual situation, as this is misleading for customers.

  Ordered through the user app for what I thought to be collection after I arrived there I had a notification saying I'd called to cancel my order wich I did not. Did not receive my sandwich or money back.

  Every single time i order food from here they get it wrong. This was the last straw I will never order from here again until there is some notice that they have changed staff or management, I ordered the 12 cookies with my meal and they missed it out completely. One time they missed out 2 hashbrowns, another time they didn't add the extras i paid for, and once they didnt even get the basic order right. They never heated the meat up in the salads whenever i got them and ticked that option. Awful subway.
