  Great customer service and a fantastic pizza! I recently visited Driffield and stopped in at domino's. Im registered blind and after I was welcomed immediately at the counter ,I asked if I could have some help ordering. The young lady asked me what I was wanting and explained the different options and special offers that would be best for me . I was treated with kindness and respect, which sadly is not the case in many other fast food establishments. I only had to wait about ten minutes for my pizza to be ready , in which time I heard other customers receiving the same friendly and helpful service. I dont normally leave reviews but I had to commend dominos, in particular this one restaurant, for going above and beyond even when they were busy.

  Bought 2 pizzas and some chicken wings for my family. Was promised that both pizzas had a tomato base sauce. Got home to find mine had a really sickly sweet bbq sauce on it. Rang to complain and was offered a refund that still has not been processed. Background music in the shop was played at a level that didn't make the place feel like a nightclub. Also, the shop staff couldn't make the total cost of the meal match what the Domino's app suggested it should cost ! Sorry but we won't be using you again ! Update : STILL awaiting the refund they promised.... I suspect they were just lying 🤥 nobody likes a liar, I would trust you to make me another pizza ever !

  Good food but service is awful never bother picking up delivery is faster and easier had me sat for 40 mins after saying 19 on the app once I got there they said another ten mins I was sat waiting ages

  Food arrived stone cold pizza was supposed to be chicken supreme ive seen more chicken on a vegetarian salad. Rang and complained sent another pizza and was even less chicken on it.
