  Tills rarely have a human anywhere around to help you. I hate “self serve” machines but in there you’re mostly forced to use them. The shop is dirty & unkempt too. Not a pleasant environment at all and the staff seem to ignore that or not notice? It does usually have what you need stocked & it’s conveniently located for the train station so it’s a shame it’s such a shambles.

  Absolutely disgraceful! Everytime i shop in there I get so stressed !!! Never any staff on counter 😤 staff ignore the bell for help,it's a bloomin joke! Manager's face is always tripping him 🙄 if he ever does decide to serve you he makes u feel as if u shouldn't even be in his store!!! Was in shopping Friday 27th September 2024..only one young man on till himself! Totally stressed, nobody came to help him! Was busy as was September weekend, place needs new staff and management !!!

  Take the closing time with a pinch of salt… They lock up the shop before closing time, turned up 10 minutes before closing and got told the shop was shut while they are standing at the tills chatting until their shift ends.
