    Just wanted to leave a quick note about the kiosk. It's been acting up a couple of times now when I've tried to use it. The main problem is that once you press something, there's no way to undo or go back, which gets pretty frustrating. The order that comes out is completely different, with stuff I didn't even want.

    Visited today and had a pretty poor experience overall. First of all the table was filthy so I asked for a spray and cloth to clean the dirty table myself and the staff member said she’d be 2 seconds, which is fine, she was busy. When another staff member came in I asked her instead, at which point the first rushed through the gate with the spray and cloth, and when I reached out to take it she pulled it away. Strange interaction. I went to put my nephew in a high chair and both of them had the straps completely cut off?? a serious safety hazard for young children, plus we he was so restless and it was very difficult for us to eat and keep him sat. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming, staff seemed disengaged and it wasn’t a pleasant place to sit and eat. Not a word was spoken by them, it was very awkward to which we actually packed up and left. On the plus side, the food itself was good, no complaints there. Would not rush back based on the overall experience.

    I really hope the owner or manager sees this and takes action. I was there today, and a group of teenagers were just sitting around, vaping and making horrible remarks . The female staff member visibly looked stressed trying to get them to stop, but they were being really awful. There was a male staff member , chatting on his phone , clearly not even bothered. The girl working told me this happens every day. One of them even threw something near where we were, and I had to tell them off. This shouldn’t be acceptable and i hope the management do something, maybe even get the police involved.

    That lassie who served us was so kind! My child is autistic so i actually appreciate it so much . You don't often see that much kindness from teenagers these days, so it was lovely.

    We’ve been coming here for well over a year now, and the staff member always makes our visit better. Very kind and welcoming every single time. My kids genuinely love coming in because of her and always look forward to seeing her. Just wanted to say how much we appreciate her lovely customer service.
