  Usual restaurant group mediocrity my food was good but wife and kids disappointed, friendly helpful service stood outother aspects just feel like not trying

  Terribly disappointed in the service here, has gone down hill in both quality of food and forgetting to deliver food items ordered. Staff polite enough, hence why 1 Star and not 0, but rather annoying that they seated a family next to me when the restaurant was completely empty so plenty of seats elsewhere.

  Love everything about Wagamama and especially this place (we used to go a lot to Milton Keynes before Wagamama arrived in Northampon). Tonight we were looked after by Tyler and he was awesome. Totally on the ball to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and finished plates were quickly cleared away. Food as always was excellent and the Thai beef salad was taken off the bill because it was apparently a bit late even though to us it wasn't at all! We will back very soon, guaranteed! Thank you Tyler and Wagama Northampton. PS. We often have Wagamama after seeing a film at Odeon nearby and used to do the same with Wagamama Bletchley (Odeon is in the same row of buildings). Wagamama should do a deal with Odeon or any other nearby cinema chains to give people a post-film discount and vice versa (discount on films). Then again Odeon wants to sell its own food, so maybe a rubbish idea...
